| Minimum 7–10 years experience in electrical or electronics manufacturing. | |||
| At least 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role. | |||
| Hands-on knowledge of: | |||
| Electrical Panel design and assembly (LT/HT Panels, PCC, MCC, etc.) | |||
| Electronic circuit assembly and testing. | |||
| Lean manufacturing / Six Sigma / 5S. | |||
| Quality assurance (ISO 9001, IEC standards, etc.) | |||
| Skills | |||
| Knowledge regarding Factory Act, MSME regulations, Factory License etc. | |||
| Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PCB layouts. | |||
| Familiarity with PLC, SCADA, HMI, and automation systems. | |||
| Working knowledge of BOM (Bill of Materials), ERP systems, and production planning. | |||
| Understanding of compliance standards like BIS, IEC, UL, CE. | |||
| Managerial & Soft Skills | |||
| Strong leadership and team management. | |||
| Effective production planning and resource allocation. | |||
| Proficient in inventory management and cost control. | |||
| Communication and coordination skills for cross-functional teams (design, procurement, QC, etc.). | |||
| Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental compliance. | |||

| PMP (Project Management Professional) | |||
