CTC: 12 - 16 Lakhs.

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/M. Tech (Chemical/Petrochemical)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and ensure safe, efficient, and compliant plant performance. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, people development, and continuous improvement.

• Reporting To: Manufacturing Head

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure safe plant operations with zero incidents by strictly following company policies and procedures.
• Identify, act on, and report unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near-miss incidents to line management.
• Ensure full statutory compliance, including timely renewal of all factory licenses and approvals.

Production & Operations

• Achieve agreed production targets in terms of quantity, quality, and safety.
• Organize and optimize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot plant operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze raw material consumption and yield, and update/review Bills of Material (BOM).

Process & Continuous Improvement

• Lead new product introduction trials and standardize processes at plant scale in a cost-effective manner.
• Prepare and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all products.
• Review and update SOPs periodically or whenever there is a process change.

People & Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate with suppliers, manpower contractors, and service providers to ensure timely support.
• Liaise with corporate and cross-functional teams to align objectives and operational requirements.
• Evaluate team performance, motivate associates, and drive achievement of organizational goals.
• Conduct job-specific training for associates in their respective functional areas.

Reporting & Administration

• Prepare proposals for maintenance activities and capital equipment purchases.
• Submit daily MIS reports and monthly production reports to management on or before the 7th of every month.
