Job Summary

:We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Factory Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our manufacturing operations in our Nashik facility. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective production, maintaining quality standards, adhering to safety regulations, managing a diverse workforce, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities, including fluency in local languages, are essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:Overall Plant Management: Provide strategic and operational leadership for the entire manufacturing facility in Nashik, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand, optimize resource utilization, and achieve production targets.Production Efficiency and Optimization: Drive initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, minimize downtime, and optimize manufacturing processes.Quality Control and Assurance: Establish and maintain robust quality control and assurance systems to ensure products meet or exceed quality standards.
