Factory Operative - Temp To Perm!


Looking for an exciting new opportunity in the manufacturing industry? Our client, a leading organisation in the Sandwich area, is currently seeking 4 Factory Operatives to join their team. With a hourly rate of £11.44 per hour and the potential for overtime at time and a half on Saturdays, this is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career.


Responsibilities:



  • Working Monday to Friday, 6am-4pm, reducing to 6am-2:30pm after a few weeks.

  • Build timber frame sides and assemble them correctly following instructions and manuals.

  • Use handheld tools such as nail guns and riveters.

  • Engage in manual intensive tasks, including heavy lifting.

  • Utilise your previous experience in warehouse, production, assembly or labouring to excel in this role.
