Factory Production Manager

Silver Fleece is one of Australia’s last remaining fully integrated knitting mills, proudly manufacturing Australian-made knitwear and apparel since 1951. As we continue to grow and modernise our operations, we are seeking an experienced Factory Production Manager to lead our production floor.

About the Role

As Factory Production Manager, you will oversee end-to-end production across knitting, cutting, sewing and finishing. You will combine production planning, people leadership and systems thinking to ensure quality, efficiency and delivery targets are met.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing detailed production schedules aligned to customer demand and delivery timelines
