Position Summary
We are seeking visionary educators and researchers to join our globally recognized faculty. You will be responsible for fostering an environment of innovation, delivering industry-aligned curriculum, and conducting high-impact research that addresses real-world challenges in the computing landscape
1. Key Responsibilities
Academic Excellence (All Levels)
- Teaching: Deliver high-quality lectures for B. Tech, M. Tech, and Ph. D. programs using modern pedagogical tools.
- Curriculum Design: Update and align course syllabi with current industry trends (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Mentorship: Guide students in their capstone projects, internships, and career development.
Research & Innovation
- Publications: Publish original research in SCI, Scopus-indexed, and top-tier journals (IEEE, ACM, etc.).
- Grants: (For Associate/Professor) Actively pursue external funding from national and international bodies (DST, SERB, Meit Y).
- IPR: Encourage and facilitate the filing of patents and copyrights based on laboratory innovations.
Institutional Leadership (Senior Levels)
- Accreditation: Lead efforts for NAAC, NBA, and international accreditation standards.
- Industry Connect: Facilitate MOUs, guest lectures, and corporate training programs through the Center for Industry-Academic Partnerships (CIAP).
2. Mandatory Qualifications
Candidates must meet the required criteria’s as per UGC and AICTE norms:
Assistant Professor Position
- Education: Ph. D. in CSE or relevant field
- Experience: Min. 2 years of teaching / research experience
- Academic Record: First Class in B. E./B. Tech & M. E./M. Tech
- Research Output: Min. 2–3 publications in peer-reviewed journals
Associate Professor Position
- Education: Ph. D. in CSE or relevant field
- Experience: Min. 8-10 years (with 3 years post-Ph. D.)
- Academic Record: First Class in B. E./B. Tech & M. E./M. Tech
- Research Output: Min. 6 publications in SCI/Scopus journals
Professor Position
- Education: Ph. D. in CSE or relevant field
- Experience: Min. 10 years (with 3 years as Assoc. Prof.)
- Academic Record: First Class in B. E./B. Tech & M. E./M. Tech
- Research Output: Min. 10 publications + evidence of Ph. D. guidance
3. Essential Skills & Competencies
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Python, R, Java, C++, or specialized tools like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, and AWS/Azure.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, classroom management, and a collaborative mindset.
- Professionalism: Commitment to academic integrity and the ability to handle administrative duties like examination and student counseling.
