Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability Manager

• Lead and manage daily Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability (REL) operations to support production, customer issues, and qualification activities.
• Act as the technical authority for FA/REL, providing guidance on failure mechanisms, test methods, and reliability risks.
• Interface directly with customers on FA/REL topics, including failure reviews, root cause discussions, and technical alignment.
• Ensure FA/REL equipment capability, calibration, maintenance, and readiness to meet customer and volume requirements.
• Plan and prioritize FA/REL activities to meet turnaround time (TAT), customer commitments, and internal escalation needs.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, process, and manufacturing teams to drive effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage and qualify third-party laboratories for advanced FA/REL analyses not available internally.
