Job Description
Has the responsibility of analyzing functional failures in products detected in manufacturing processes (EOL) or by customers or at the request of the quality engineer and documents the results appropriately, complying with all safety and quality requirements/regulations.
Analyze internally rejected parts (EOL or others) and those received from customers (field or plant).
Receive, register and safeguard the parts returned by customers (field and plant).
It can give support in the analysis of the cause of the defects of the pieces.
Analyze parts to identify failure mode
Prepare a complete report for each of the parts received and analyzed.
Prepare a report for each of the failure modes and distribute it
Perform continuous life tests on special parts to verify their compliance with customer requirements.
Properly document and communicate final reports.
Ensure that the equipment used for the analysis is calibrated.
