Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Location
This role is available in Loudoun County, Virginia and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The position may be on-site, hybrid, or remote, with flexibility based on experience and proximity to the office.
Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state tied to the office they support (Virginia or Oklahoma).

Job Description
- Handle a full range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division
- Manage cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediations, and court appearances
- Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related legal documents
- Provide practical, compassionate guidance to clients during sensitive legal matters
- Work closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality representation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license and good standing in Virginia or Oklahoma (role-dependent)
- 1+ years of family law or litigation experience
- Courtroom experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
