Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Location

This role is available in Loudoun County, Virginia and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The position may be on-site, hybrid, or remote, with flexibility based on experience and proximity to the office.

Note: Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in the state tied to the office they support (Virginia or Oklahoma).

Job Description

  • Handle a full range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and property division
  • Manage cases from intake through resolution, including hearings, mediations, and court appearances
  • Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related legal documents
  • Provide practical, compassionate guidance to clients during sensitive legal matters
  • Work closely with attorneys and support staff to deliver efficient, high-quality representation

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Active license and good standing in Virginia or Oklahoma (role-dependent)
  • 1+ years of family law or litigation experience
  • Courtroom experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
