Job Details

Responsibilities:

Leading all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, child support, and spousal support matters.

Conducting case analysis and developing case strategies.

Drafting and reviewing legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements.

Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations.

Providing legal advice to clients and guiding them through the legal process.

Staying updated with changes in family law and informing clients of these changes.

Working collaboratively with our legal team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

1+ years of experience in family law in Washington State.

Active membership in the Washington State Bar.
