Recruiting a Family or Internal medicine physician in Northwest Tennessee – Chattanooga area

    • General Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients.
  • Collaborate with other physicians and mid-level providers.
  • Participate in patient care management and follow-up.
  • Engage in community outreach and maintain relationships with local patients.

  • Team player who can adapt to the practice’s culture.
  • Strong communication skills, both in-person and via text/call.
  • Open to various backgrounds, including recent graduates or experienced physicians.
  • Ability to connect with the community and respect the legacy of the retiring physician.

    • Practice Overview:

  • Monday-Thursday, 8-5 and Friday 8-12
  • Team Composition: 8 providers (5 physicians, 3 mid-levels), with a mix of male and female providers.
  • Work Environment: Collaborative, with a strong emphasis on communication and teamwork.
  • Patient Base: Established community relationships, with a focus on retaining existing patient volumes.
  • Technology: Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR is preferred.
