Join a 70 year old, nationally recognized and growing rural healthcare system, in an employed Multispecialty Group with 14 physicians, 13 mid-levels and 7 visiting specialists in a Top 20, 19 bed, Critical Access Hospital (CAH) with 5 clinics serving over 20,000 square miles of Southwest ND and Northwest SD. 

The following specialties currently on staff: FM, FMOB, IM, GS, Peds, Podiatry, Optometry, Radiology, and have visiting specialists in ortho, ophthalmology, cardiology, and audiology – including a NRHA Rural Health Practitioner of the Year.

Physicians work in the main clinic 2 -3 days/week and in two of the five satellite clinics weekly.


Group is adding: Traditional Family Medicine (in/out) and Family Medicine with OB with C-sections.


Traditional FM – Traditional in and outpatient sharing call with the group. There is opportunity to round in the Nursing Home as well.


Opportunity to teach UND school of Medicine to train Rural Medicine Residents as well as 3rd and 4th year medical students.

Providers who wish to be will become adjunct professors at the University of North Dakota School or Medicine may do so.
