Schedule:
7am-7pm. Normal census is around 16-18 patients. No ICU management required. Both sites have a day admitter scheduled so limited-to-no admissions during the day.
Cerner EMR
Salary: on a RVU system (average pay is around $1700 for days and $2000 for a night shift but obviously varies based on the day).
– Full group paid Medical/Dental/Vision up to $1500/mo coverage on the medical insurance. Employee plus children/dependents are free. Adding a spouse to the plan is a $150/mo contribution. Anthem Blue Cross Gold/Silver/Bronze PPO offered. Can choose your plan.
– Group paid long term disability, malpractice with tail, licensing/DEA
– Can contribute to 401k plan starting day 1. After 1 year of employment the group contributes 7% of wages (up to the maximum income limit we can use for determining this by IRS) whether the employee contributes to 401k or not. Vested at the time the contribution is made
