We are looking for a physician who wants to be part of a team and a busy group practice, joining 5 family medicine physicians and 1 advanced practice provider. Outpatient FM Call as part of a large call group Call frequency is 7-10 weekday calls/year and 1-2 weekends/year Call is phone call coverage only Collaborative Team Existing and New Patient Panel Available Medium-sized clinic location with the following specialties, orthopedics, sport medicine, sleep medicine, podiatry, eye services, physical therapy and diabetes education and nutrition SSM Health's healing legacy originated in St. Louis, Missouri over 150 years ago where five nuns, known as the Sisters of St. Mary's, were called to aid and heal in God's name.
