Job Description Job Description Hiring for a Family Nurse Practitioner in Fall River, MA Pay rate: $70/hr Schedule: Day shift (30 hours/week) The Family Nurse Practitioner provides primary health care, education, and clinical functions consistent with the Family Nurse Practitioner specialty according to the regulations as indicated on Scope of Practice signed by the Chief Medical Officer. Duties & Responsibilities Provides primary and acute health care to individuals who present at the Health Care Center, according to the regulations as indicated on Scope of Practice signed by the CMO. Documents clinic visits and all telephone or verbal contacts in patient charts. Reviews initial and follow-up of labs and diagnostic tests. Provides health care based on clinical protocols, which have been reviewed and approved annually by the CMO. Attends Health Center staff and provider meetings.
