We're looking for experienced Family Services Practitioners to join a dynamic team in Ballarat, helping families achieve positive outcomes through goal-setting, action plans, and safety plans.
This is a 3-6 month locum contract (3 days per week / 0.6 FTE), with a guaranteed 3-month initial term. Wednesday shifts are required. Top performers have the chance to transition to a permanent role, so your impact could be long-lasting!

Manage referrals from The Orange Door (TOD) & Child Protection (CP).
Connect with families within 24 hours of allocation and complete your first visit in the first week.
Assess family needs and develop comprehensive plans with clear goals.
