Family Support Associate

 
We're looking for three (3) casual Family Support Associates to join our team 
 
Role Summary
 
The Family Support Associate is primarily responsible for family support services, such as visit supervision as assigned, to identified children/youth and families in a safe, non-judgmental, and professional manner. Verbal reports may be necessary and this position reports to the Team Leader of the Transportation Program. The Family Support Associate will demonstrate due diligence in being exceptional in the delivery of high-quality services and in meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety Management System at Wood's Homes.
 
Responsibilities 
Provide supervision of visits between children and youth with their parents, guardians or others as approved and assigned utilizing COVID safety protocols.
Communicate in a timely manner any risk issues.
