Position

The Familyhome Program is seeking applications for a Familyhome Provider to open their home and provide support to a gentleman with a developmental disability in the Hanover area.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to a gentleman with a developmental disability in the Hanover area.
• Assist with daily living as needed and support attendance at a day program in Hanover 5 days per week.
• Support and enable social engagement and participation in activities, including hobbies such as watching hockey, singing karaoke, listening to music, watching wrestling, and horseback riding where appropriate.
