An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Farm & Estate Manager to take responsibility for a substantial, progressive arable farming and estate operation in the East of England, working closely with professional managing agents and a resident family.

This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role for someone who combines first-class crop production skills with strong commercial, people, and organisational capability.

You will be responsible for delivering profitable, high-quality arable production while maintaining and enhancing the wider estate, its environment, and its reputation.
