Farm Labourers - Vegetable Pickers & Packers

Our client requires up to 20 hardworking, physically fit, nimble fingered and reliable farm workers to pack, sort, plant and harvest vegetables in the Capel River, WA area. MUST be available to start work in early October 2026 to June 2027. Candidates must be available Monday to Friday with potential of extra weekend work as needed by the grower in order to complete harvest.

Varying early starts may apply (between 05:00-07:00) depending on crops/products readiness and management requirements during high temperature 40+ degree days. You will need to be available for possible extra hours of work to ensure all crops are harvested/sorted/packed as required by management. Flexibility in your availability is crucial in horticulture, as crops growth/harvest is weather driven and may be intermittent.
