Farm Maintenance
Pay & Hours: Starting wage of $17.72–$19.98 per hour, based on experience.
This position is classified as Agricultural Exempt (Ag Exempt) and is not eligible for overtime pay.
Job Requirements
+ Minimum of one (1) year of maintenance experience.
+ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
+ Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt time and effort to high-priority needs, including flexibility to work varying hours and participate in a rotating on-call schedule, nights, and weekends.
+ Ability to lift more than 50 lbs., push/pull up to 50 lbs., bend, squat, grip small objects, and perform repetitive physical tasks.
+ Ability to walk and stand for extended periods on various surfaces, including concrete.
+ Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
+ Must not own, raise, or have regular contact with backyard poultry, fowl, or swine operations outsi...
