About The Role We are seeking a mechanically minded farm maintenance Technician to join our team, supporting a variety of broiler chicken farms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving and variety – no two days are the same.

Responsibilities

  • Small welding tasks (complex welding completed in our workshop)
  • Repairing minor water leaks
  • Fan repairs and servicing
  • Feed pipe repairs
  • General poultry house maintenance including repairing winch cables, replacing motors and gearboxes
  • General farm maintenance duties as required

About You

  • Mechanically minded with a practical, hands-on approach
  • A true jack of all trades who enjoys variety and learning new skills
  • Experience or trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential
  • Willingness to learn and work safely in a farm environment
