About the Role

Working closely with the Agribusiness and Grower Services management team, you will lead an established and well resourced farming team. You will be responsible for overseeing all field activities, including planting, irrigation, chemical application, harvest and grading, whilst being a point of communication for a number of stakeholders within the business as well as external stakeholders.
