Farm Manager – Chicken & Egg Production

Key Responsibilities:

Farm Setup & Development

• Lead the establishment of chicken and egg farm operations from ground zero, including site preparation, farm layout, housing systems, and workflow design.
• Coordinate construction and setup of poultry houses (layer/broiler), cages, feeding systems, water lines, ventilation, waste management, and biosecurity facilities .
• Recommend and source equipment, feeds, chicks/pullets, vaccines, and farm supplies in coordination with management.
• Establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for poultry production, egg handling, sanitation, and farm safety.

Poultry Production & Operations

• Develop and implement production programs (flock placement, feeding, lighting, vaccination, and culling schedules).
