Farm Supervisor

Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience Languages: English Job Duties: Coordinate regarding work plans and programs and make recommendations for improvement, land preparation, fertilizing, planting crops, cultivation, and harvesting. Develop work schedules and establish procedures Maintain quality control and production records Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment and supplies.
