**Farm Worker for Sør Gunnes Farm**
Sør Gunnes Farm is an agricultural operation in Sandsvær, 15 km south of Kongsberg. The farm cultivates 950 hectares of grain and pastures, and also manages poultry production and sheep farming. There are currently 4 employees on the farm. We are looking for a person for a full-time permanent position who is passionate about agriculture. We are seeking a proactive, precise, and team-oriented individual.
On the farm, you will work with food production, farm buildings, and machinery.
**Your main responsibilities will include**:
- Responsibility for the daily care of the animals
- Ongoing planning and development of the farm
- Daily monitoring of animal health
- Health, Safety, and Quality work (HMS and KSL)
- Operating machinery during seasonal work and animal care
- Maintenance and upgrading of farm buildings, machinery, and fields
- Other farm-related tasks
