Farm Worker, Vegetables

R Farm Inc. is a vegetable farm in the Dresden area. We are seeking and individual for full time seasonal picking cucumbers and bell peppers as well as sorting and hoeing processing tomatoes. The work is physically demanding , repetitive in nature and performed outdoors in hot/dry and wet/cool conditions. The season begins early July 2026 and will run til late October 2026. Hours will vary and the candidate must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions for up to 12 hours a day. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively and extended periods of bending , crouching , kneeling and standing required. Must be able to communicate clearly in English. Required to identify and distinguish size, shape and colour. Good hand-eye coordination is required. Must have own transportation. Experience is an asset but will train. No education is required.
