This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of grain research, supporting world-class breeding programs for peas, lentils, and more.

The Role

This is a hands-on, physically active role that follows the rhythm of the seasons. You will be supporting essential field, glasshouse, and laboratory work that ensures our research milestones are met.

• Precision Picking: Selecting single plant samples and filling sample bags (peas/lentils).
• Harvest Support: Riding in harvester cabins to collect samples and loading them into utes.
• Field Maintenance: Hand weeding (using a hoe) and clearing whole rows of plants.
