Fashion Quality Head (Image & Visual Excellence)

We’re looking for a seasoned fashion professional with an exceptional eye for detail and a deep love for visual storytelling to lead our Fashion Image Quality & Assurance function.

In this role, you’ll be the final guardian of visual excellence, ensuring every fashion image truly represents the product from fit and drape to color, fabric texture, and styling finesse. You’ll work at the intersection of fashion, creativity, and quality, setting the standards that define how our brand shows up across platforms.

What You’ll Own:

1. Visual Quality Leadership

You will lead the review and approval of all fashion product imagery, ensuring:

• Accurate representation of fit, drape, silhouette, fabric texture, and color
• Flawless presentation free from wrinkles, distortions, or styling inconsistencies
• Alignment with brand aesthetics, platform guidelines, and customer expectations
• You’ll define and uphold gold-standard quality benchmarks, ensuring consistency across categories and collections.

2. Team Leadership & Creative Collaboration

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Fashion QC Specialists and Stylists
• Foster a culture of craftsmanship, precision, and pride in quality
• Partner closely with Styling, Photography, Post-Production, and Creative teams to ensure seamless execution
• Act as the go-to escalation point for any visual or styling quality concerns

3. Quality Innovation & Process Excellence

• Continuously audit and refine QC workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times
• Introduce best practices, tools, and smarter checklists to elevate output quality
• Champion continuous improvement while balancing creativity with consistency

4. Insights, Reporting & Governance

• Own detailed documentation of quality reviews, feedback loops, and corrective actions
• Share clear, insightful quality reports with senior leadership, highlighting trends and opportunities
• Track and improve key metrics such as error rates, rework cycles, and compliance with brand styling standards

What You Bring:

• 6–10 years of experience in fashion styling, image production, or visual quality control
• (e-commerce, fashion retail, or creative production environments preferred)
• A sharp, trained eye for fit, drape, garment construction, wrinkles, and color accuracy
• Strong working knowledge of image editing tools and photo management platforms
• Proven experience leading creative or quality-focused teams
• Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume, cross-functional environment
