**Job Description**
The FAST Labs Campaign Director will lead the shift to mission-focused campaigns in the FAST Labs Business Area in the BAE Systems Electronic Systems Sector, reporting directly to the Vice President/General Manager of FAST Labs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a shift to mission-focused campaigns across the FAST Labs business area. The Campaign Director will have responsibility for coordinating the work of product-line based campaign leads spanning multiple locations in Burlington, MA, Merrimack, NH, Arlington, VA, Reston VA, Austin, TX and Durham, NC. Specific job responsibilities include the following:
+ Lead the shaping and communication of mission campaigns.
+ Partner with internal ES Mission Integration Cell and FL Mission Assessments (MA) teams to help define descriptions of current and future threats, as well as current and projected future Blue force design and strategy. Develop strategic Red/B...
