Job Description
Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns from strategy to execution
Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies
Develop and test ad creatives (copy, visuals, hooks, formats)
Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
Set up and manage Meta Pixel, events, and conversion tracking
Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
Stay up to date with Meta Ads best practices and platform changes
Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams
