Job Description

  • Plan, create, and manage Meta ad campaigns from strategy to execution

  • Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies

  • Develop and test ad creatives (copy, visuals, hooks, formats)

  • Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions

  • Set up and manage Meta Pixel, events, and conversion tracking

  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

  • Stay up to date with Meta Ads best practices and platform changes

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams
