F&B Assistant - Zero Hours

About the role

This role will be based in ourgolf course halfway house and will be mainly day time shifts, but will includeweekends.

As a food and beverage assistant,your duties include all those of a waiter or bartender:

· Towelcome all guests a polite and friendly manner

· Todeliver a great experience from beginning to end

· Toconfidently talk about our menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically

· To takeorders from our guests and proactively ensure that all of their needs are met

· Cleaningand good hygiene practices are a large part of this role

· To beable to work across all areas within Sam’s and the Driving range.

· To workacross any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure the smoothrunning of the resort as a whole.
