Job Responsibilities

  • Guest Service
    • Provide warm, courteous and prompt service to all guests. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately while ensuring guest satisfaction.
    • Have thorough knowledge of the Il Primo menu, including ingredients, preparation methods and wine pairings.
    • Ensure that guests’ needs and preferences are anticipated and met throughout their dining experience.
    • Handle guest feedback professionally and communicate any concerns to the supervisor or manager.
  • Operational Responsibilities
    • Prepare tables and service areas before each shift according to restaurant standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene in all dining and service areas.
    • Follow proper procedures for order taking, billing and cash handling through the POS system.
    • Ensure accurate communication and coordination with the kitchen and bar teams.
