F&B BRANCH MANAGER NEEDED! 😎


We are hiring a motivated and hands-on Branch Manager to lead one of our vibrant street food restaurant locations. If you’re passionate about food, people, and operations, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic and expanding concept.



Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and excellence.

Manage, train and motivate front and back-of-house teams.

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Handle inventory, supplier coordination, and stock control.

Implement and maintain SOPs and ensure compliance with company standards.

Drive sales and control costs to meet performance targets.

Address customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction.



Requirements:

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in fast casual or street food concepts.

Leadership experience and team management skills.

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in English; French is a plus.

Flexible, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
