Job Summary
The F&B Captain is responsible for supervising restaurant service operations, ensuring high standards of guest satisfaction, and leading the service team during shifts. The role requires strong leadership, service excellence, and coordination with kitchen and management teams.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day restaurant service operations
Lead, guide, and motivate service staff to deliver excellent guest service
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation
Take guest orders, ensure accurate service, and handle special requests
Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and correct food delivery
Monitor service quality and maintain F&B service standards
