We are looking

for a F&B (Captain) to join our team!

  • Supervise daily service operations in the outlet (e.g. Lobby Lounge, restaurant, or bar)




  • Lead and support the service team during shifts to ensure smooth and efficient service




  • Assist guests with menu choices, take orders accurately, and ensure timely service




  • Check table setup, cleanliness, and presentation before service begins




  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and courteous service




  • Handle guest complaints or feedback and escalate when necessary




  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar for food and beverage delivery




  • Train and guide junior staff on service standards and procedures


  • Requirement:

  • At least 12 years experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or fine-dining environ...
