POSITION PURPOSE Provides administrative and operational support to the Ass. F&B Director and F&B Director for day to day food and beverage operations. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To advise the F&B Director or the Assistant to F&B Director of guest comments or complaints and to initiate a response or resolved them. To provide administrative support to the F&B Department. Host and assist the guest when required in operations. Maintain open communication with other departments, such us Sales, Marketing or Rooms, and throughout the property to handle special requests and assuring guest satisfaction. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Follow company and departmental policies, procedures and Marriott standards.
