Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Table check・OTA plan creation and management
● Ordering consumables
● Memorandum & P&P distribution
● HACCP assistant
● Month-end and month-start invoice management
● Menu creation (restaurant, banquets)
● Document preparation assistance
● Data compilation
● Sales plan management
● Handling vendor meetings

What We need from you:

● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field

● 4+ years’ related experience, including management experience

● Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level N2 or higher required

● Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
