Role Overview: As an F&B Crew member, you are the face of the brand. Your primary goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience by combining high-quality service with operational efficiency. You will handle everything from welcoming guests and managing digital orders to maintaining a pristine dining environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Excellence: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and provide detailed information on menu items, including ingredients, potential allergens, and daily specials.
• Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems or handheld tablets. Manage omnichannel orders, including dine-in, takeaway, and third-party delivery apps (e.g., GrabFood, Shopee Food etc).
