Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. As an F&B Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Supervise, plan, and coordinate all activities of the F&B team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery Ensure all beverages are prepared and served according to standard recipes and quality benchmarks Address guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and professionally Collaborate with management to implement strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and organizational profitability Motivate, train, and develop staff to promote teamwork and maintain high performance standards Establish and maintain seamless coordination with other departments to maximize productivity and guest service Implement and monitor food safety and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations Analyze F&B operations and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability Participate in menu planning and pricing strategies to optimize revenue Manage inventory, control costs, and ensure efficient utilization of resources Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role Proven track record in team leadership and staff development Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, menu planning, and cost control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus Proficiency in using restaurant management software and POS systems Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) is preferred Knowledge of local food and beverage trends in Mumbai and India
