General Summary Of Duties:
Greet and escort guests to tables. Maintain a courteous/efficient operation to ensure guest satisfaction. Assist with the supervision of staff.
Role and Responsibilities: (Includes but is not limited to the following)
- Greet and seat guests in accordance with restaurant procedures.
- Maintain general supervision of the dining room and assure that all guests are correctly served.
- Report all problems to management in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through outstanding guest service.
