We are a Halal-certified (certification in progress) mantou bun bakery based in Singapore, and we're looking for a passionate and reliable Kitchen Crew to join our growing team

Job Scope:

• Assist in the preparation and creation of mantou buns
• Operate baking equipment and ensure machinery is functioning properly
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with Halal practices
• Clean and sanitize the workplace daily
• Prepare ingredients and monitor inventory for restocking
• Follow recipes and instructions from the head baker
• Assist with packaging and display of baked goods
• Attend to walk-in customers as needed
