Job Description
The Marketing Manager drives brand visibility, guest engagement, and incremental revenue through integrated marketing, strategic partnerships, and performance-led campaigns. This role owns the marketing calendar for each restaurant/outlet, builds high-impact alliances to expand reach, and collaborates closely with F&B, Sales, Operations, and Revenue Management to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy, Planning & Revenue Growth
- Own and execute a monthly and quarterly marketing calendar for each restaurant/outlet, aligned to revenue targets, seasonality, and business priorities.
- Build strong revenue-driving campaigns across rooms and F&B, including limited-time offers, experiences, and signature events.
- Identify and activate strategic alliances (luxury brands, lifestyle communities, corporates, premium clubs, influencers, creators, and concierge networks) to drive footfall and high-value guest acquisition.
Digital, Content & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing, social media, content, email marketing, paid media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Lead creative briefs and storytelling for F&B and hotel experiences, ensuring consistent brand voice and premium positioning.
- Manage campaign assets, timelines, approvals, and execution across internal and external stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with F&B, Sales, and Operations to design targeted promotions for in-house guests, city diners, and corporate segments.
- Work with Revenue Management to ensure accurate offer loading, pricing alignment, segmentation, and campaign targeting.
- Act as the key liaison between marketing and creative, media, and PR partners, ensuring output quality and timelines.
Partnerships, Listings & Visibility
- Drive restaurant visibility through key platforms, listings, and collaborations to strengthen top-of-mind recall and conversions.
- Manage tactical advertising and media plans focused on F&B growth, including event amplification and performance tracking.
Reporting & Optimization
- Track and report performance across campaigns and outlets (reach, engagement, leads, reservations, covers, ROAS, revenue uplift).
- Analyze market trends, guest insights, and competitor activity to refine strategy and improve results.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of luxury/hospitality marketing with a commercial mindset
