Job Brief




We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Operations Manager, to be responsible for managing all F&B operations, maximizing sales and revenue, and contributing in customer satisfaction.



Responsibilities



- Plan, direct, and coordinate company operations.

- Develop, implement, and evaluate systems of
control and update standards.

- Ensure that the operational Food and Beverage
team can deliver the highest quality product, and the
highest financial return.

- Oversee the planning and execution of special
events to ensure success.

- Assist in the planning and implementation of new
ideas and menu specifications.

- Play an active role in marketing the company brands
and devising promotional programs.

- Interact with customers and ensure that their needs
are met in a timely and satisfactory manner.

- Develop relationships with external suppliers.

- Review products delivery to ensure set agreements
are met and take up any shortcomings with
suppliers.

- Conduct and manage monthly audits.

- Develop budgets, sales targets, and control costs.

- Manage and monitor expenditure and budget
setting each year.

- Monitor stock management.

- Provide analysis on stock and sales, highlight and
act on any anomalies.

- Operate within efficient labor budgets, track labor
spending, and provide input
regarding capital projects and initiatives.

- Oversee the inventory and keep financial records of
purchases and sales.

- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Hygiene
and Safety legislation and requirements.

- Ensure and maintain staff awareness on health and
safety, fire and hygiene regulations.

- Coordinate with the HR Department in the
recruitment and training process.


Requirements



- A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or
any relevant field

- Minimum of 8 years work experience in F&B
operations

- Possesses managerial, strategic, and planning
mindset

- Communication and leadership skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

- Up to date with food and beverages trends and best
practices

- Guest-oriented and service-minded

- Ability to manage personnel and meet financial
targets

- Working knowledge of various computer software
programs
- Presentable and confident

- Familiar with health and safety standards and
procedures

- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
