F&B Procurement Associate

We are seeking to hire a F&B Procurement Associate to support and execute food and beverage sourcing activities for a Dubai-based client that is one of the largest organizations in the region. This role will manage end-to-end procurement activities, from purchase requisition through purchase order processing, while supporting strategic sourcing and cost optimization initiatives.

This is a 12-month renewable contract position . The role sits within the Procurement Department and reports directly to the Manager – F&B & OS&E Sourcing .

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented procurement professional with strong experience in F&B sourcing, supplier management, and procurement operations , who can contribute to process improvement, stakeholder alignment, and cost-effective sourcing outcomes.
