JOB SUMMARY

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on support, direction and assistance to colleagues on all areas of their assigned duties ensuring highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests.

  • Handle guest complaints according to policy.

  • Ensure restaurant set up is according to set standard.

  • Perform opening and closing duties as when required ensuring that the outlet will be ready for the business opening.

  • Understand all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and proper service.

  • Utilize the computer system in ringing, printing and closing checks as well as shift reports.



CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • High school Diploma/Hotel School Degree.

  • 2 years minimum in a similar role in a 5 * international environment
