Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Provide immediate service and deliver efficient, accurate service to members in a professional and friendly manner

  • Strive to exceed service standards while working in a team service environment

  • Demonstrate complete knowledge of all menu offerings and be confident in recommendations and suggested add-ons

  • Ensure all opening, closing, and shift changeover duties are completed daily

  • Contribute to banquets and events setup, execution, and tear down

  • Complete additional duties to ensure the next shift is setup for success

  • Ensures compliance with all Glencoe Health and Safety standards, the Alberta Occupational Health and Safety regulations and Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission

    • Qualifications:

  • ProServe Certification is required

  • A minimum of 1-year serving experience preferred, and golf knowledge is considered an asset
