About the role
We are seeking a Full-time F&B Service Crew to join our dynamic team at Infinity Tea Pte Ltd in the Kovan North-East Region. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage shop.
What you'll be doing
- Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking orders, crafting and serving beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service stations
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed
- Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Supporting the overall operations of our beverage shop as needed
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a beverage shop or cafe setting
