Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and attentive manner.

Take customer orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas.

Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

Assist in stock replenishment and basic restaurant operations as needed.

Follow restaurant policies and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations.

Lead, motivate and supervise the daily activities of the service crew.

Train new hires in service standards and SOPs.

Proactively handle customer feedback, complaints and inquiries effectively.

Lead by example in engaging with guests and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Oversee daily opening and closing procedures.

Manage table allocation, seating and smooth workflow during peak hours.

Monitor inventory of service suppliers and liaise with the kitchen/bar.
