Job Description

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting F&B Service Experts - Night Room service chef de rang. 

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent Food & Beverage service, primarily within Night Room Service, while also supporting any of our outlets as needed.


This is a full-time position, working 5 nights per week with 2 days off.
The estimated start date is January.

What you’ll do
  • Take food and beverage orders and enter them into the internal system (Infrasys)
  • Make menu recommendations, handle special requests, and upsell when appropriate
  • Ensure guests receive authentic, efficient, and attentive service
  • Check in with guests to ensure expectations are met
  • Set up and prepare outlets for each service period
  • Order and restock inventory
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelines
  • Comply with quality assurance standards
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene policies

  • Service execution: ability to deliver accurate and timely F&B service
  • Product knowledge: understanding of menus, ingredients, and service flow
  • Problem solving: ability to identify service issues and apply solutions
  • Adaptability: capability to work across different outlets and service formats
  • Communication: clear and effective interaction with guests and team members
  • Operational accuracy: attention to detail in order taking and system usage
  • Time management: ability to manage priorities during night operations
  • Safety awareness: consistent application of health and safety procedures

    Qualifications

  • Intermediate proficiency in Italian and English
  • Previous experience in F&B service or hospitality operations is an advantage
